I got a question about marijuana.?

Okay, lets say I am supposed to take a pee test in a few days and I haven't smoked it in say a week or two. Would drinking a butt load of water and cranberry get rid of the evidence? No, I don't smoke weed. I tried that once and never will I do it again. It was hard for me to breath. I heard that drinking water will help get rid of that because peeing helps. And no trolls.
