How to handle a rumor when its true and they have full evidence?

I have a computer laptop somebody stole it or its at the pawn shop I have a very embarrassing video on there I rather take naked pictures or eating another girl out then that video to be seen its worth dieing over and if its at the pawn shop do they erase the whole computer? And if its a person who stole it can they hack into the computer if they don't know the password? Can they see your files? Or everything deletes? its been gone over a year sorry to write so much but I'm really scared please help!
