Foreskin pulling and bleeding?

I am 22 years old. I was sleeping with my long term partner when I suddenly felt a sharp pain and pulled out to find that the bit of skin attaching my foreskin to my penis had slightly torn and was bleeding. It had seem to tug a little previously when rolling back. Any advice? PS. we have both recently been checked and/or are fairly sure we don't have any STI's or anything if that could be relevent...
