I need to use tampons but I can't? Please read!?

Okay one day I asked my mom for tampons and she said I don't know if your body's ready for tampons yet. But I said whenever someone starts they're period they are ready. She said okay I'll get you some to try. So I tried them and they got in with lubricant and when I would go to the bathroom i saw a little bit of blood in my underwear (sorry tmi but its was like spotting) and I thought it was just left over from wearing a pad. So I tried taking it out i couldn't even my mom tried. She couldnt. Then I had to go to the ER. I found out that my hymen wasn't completely broken. I had it broken on one side and the other. So there was a piece a skin in the middle (sorry tmi). The tampon got in okay because it went around that piece of skin and when it enlarged i couldnt take it out. The ER doctor said I should get it cut. I want to do that because i want to use tampons. So when I had my checkup with my Doctor he said I wouldn't change anything. Either you don't use tampons or just give it a little tug and it will come out. So I was thinking we did that. We pulled and tried our hardest to get that out Even my mom! My Doctor is a male so he probably doesn't know how much that hurts. But I can't use tampons. But Yesterday I wore my favorite shorts. (little yellow) so I was laying down weird and my pad didn't get the blood (sorry tmi) and it went thru my underwear to my FAVORITE shorts. Im pissed now. That's why I want to use tampons they will caught the blood.. Plus im going to florida in August and if i get my period down there im gonna be pissed because im not going on rollercoasters with a pad and I CANT go to the waterpark with a pad... and I don't want to hold back anyone. My brother (who is older than me is excited for the waterparks and stuff) will be mad if he misses it because of me...so pleasee Help! PLEASEEE!!
