TRAIN vs TANK!! which would win a tug of war?

Tank...70 tons...1500 hp. Locomotive 180 tons 4400 hp. If each have the same level of traction, the locomotive would drag the tank all over the place. Even if not, the tractive effort from a dead stop for a typical locomotive is close to 500 tons. So, again, that 70 ton tank...even pulling with its tracks will get dragged by the locomotive. It would be a good way to blow the transmission in the M1.
