Ear piecrcing infection-what should I do?!?

When my industrial and cartilage piercings get infected, I used sallt water. just non-iodized sea salt, mixed with warm water, Then you soak the piercing in it until the water's run cold. Or, if you're short on time, just soak a cotton ball in the water, and really get it all around the piercing. That, along with neosporin will clear the infection right up!
