How do I forgive my friend who elbowed me in the mouth?

Me and my friend were running around and she elbowed me in the mouth. (She has a reallly strong elbow) It bent a wire on my braces, which hurts a lot because now it tugs on the whole row of teeth. Plus my front teeth are wiggly and it HURTS SO BAD! I can't eat and it hurts all the time. I am really angry because now I am going to have to skip my other friend's birthday party to go to the orthodontist to get my braces fixed, not to mention that that will hurt too. Its the end of the school year and we're having parties but i can't eat. I'm having a birthday party this weekend and I can't eat. My family is going out for dinner this week but i can't eat. We are also going on vacation soon. How do I forgive my friend?! I know it was an accident, but forgive and forget is easier said than done when it feels like your front teeth will fall pout!
