What would this be worth?

Is there a cigarette in Paul McCartney's hand (that'll prove it's an original release copy, as reissues removed the cigarette)? I would say that if it is, it'll be pretty valuable to a collector. Best bet is to take it to a record store or a store that specialises in rarities and ask them.
