What should I wear to urban outfitters open interview today?

I think that sounds like a professional yet casual outfit. I think you should leave the shirt untucked and wear the brown belt around the middle of the shirt instead of wear a normal belt goes, just because it's more fashionable :D I think the black heels will be better than brown oxfords because i think it will be more fashionable also.
