Theists: Is there ANY evidence for spontanious animal creation?

Well the Bible says that God created everything, and of course every word of the Bible is true. We know that every word of the Bible is true because the Bible says that every word of the Bible is true, and, if you remember from earlier in this answer, every word of the Bible is true.
