I am 22 weeks pregnant and having weird sensations, it feels like the baby is tugging on the umbilical cord?

or maybe more like the sensation you feel when they do a scraping during a pap smear... ? Its so weird and definitely doesn't feel his normal movements and kicks especially because its not in my stomach its deep below, I'm guessing right near my cervix. Any ideas what this could be?
