How to stretch a cotton hoodie?

I want to stretch an abbey Dawn sweatshirt I have. It fits my bodie, but i dont like sweatshirts like that. I want them some what baggy and loose. I've tried streching it, but it just doesnt stretch! i think it's 100% cotton? Any ideas that are quick and easy to preform??? please and thank you!!!!!!
