Can someone please answer my question?

I'm having lower right abdominal pain well kinda. It feels as though something is being tugged or pinched inside of me. I'm a female and 18 years old, this happened before in March but went away through April and May but started back this month. I've missed my period last month and I'm not sexually active. My right side has been hurting and I have some gas and a burning feeling in my stomach. Not trying to give out tmi, so sorry if I have. Please answer it would be greatly appreciated.
